CITRUS FROST 
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
2-3 tbsp. lemon, lime, orange juices
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 tsp. finely shredded lemon, orange, lemon peel
Dash of salt

In small bowl combine egg whites, dry milk, water. Beat until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, stir together egg yolk, sugar, citrus peels, juices and salt. Fold into egg white mixture until combined. Spoon into 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Cover and freeze for several hours.
