MEXICAN LAYERED DISH 
2 lg. cans bean dip
1 lb. ground beef
3 lg. avocados
3 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions
Chopped black olives
Grated cheese
Picante sauce

Spread 2 large cans of bean dip on bottom of 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Top with 1 pound browned ground meat. Mash 3 large ripe avocados with 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Spread on top of meat.

Mix 8 oz. sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and 1 package taco seasoning mix. Spread this on top of avocado. On top of all this, put chopped tomatoes, onions, black olives and grated cheese. If you like it hot, sprinkle with picante sauce.
