Low Cholesterol. Makes 2 cups. 2 c. plain lowfat yogurt 4 tsp. chopped fresh mint or 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed 1/8 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce In small bowl combine yogurt, mint and Tabasco pepper sauce; mix well. Cover; refrigerate. |
