BROWN STONE FRONT CAKE 
PART I:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda in flour

PART II:

1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
Yolk of 1 egg
1/2 c. water

Boil Part II and stir into Part I while boiling hot, makes thin mixture, do not add flour. Flour and grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Cook until soft ball stage. Pour over cooled cake and spread quickly.
