LASAGNE 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 cube garlic
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1-2 c. hot water
1 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked & drained
2/3 c. sour cream
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese or Swiss cheese

In oil fry garlic and onion until soft. Add beef, cook and stir until crumbly and brown.

Mix in spices, tomato sauce, tomato paste and hot water. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.

In shallow baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, put a layer of sauce, half the noodles and then cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes out of oven before cutting.
