TEXAS HOT SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
6 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 to 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped (mild to very hot)

Blend all ingredients and cook in large pot for 45 minute on low. Great with Doritos, Fritos, etc.
