SAUSAGE-LENTIL SOUP | |
1 lb. pork sausage 2 med. onions, chopped Garlic to taste 4 carrots, sliced 2 c. lentils 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. marjoram 2 c. canned tomatoes 2 qts. water Break up sausage and brown in large kettle. Remove meat. Cook onion, garlic, and carrots in drippings; then add meat and all remaining items. Simmer 45 minutes or until ready to eat. |
