CROCK POT VEGETABLES 
3/4 of green pepper
2 c. celery, cut 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. sliced onions
2 c. green beans, drained
2 c. whole tomatoes, drained
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. tapioca

Preheat crock pot to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook 3 hours at 300 degrees.
