ROCKY FORD PUDDING | |
1 angel food cake, broken into pieces 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 4 eggs 1 c. chilled whipped cream 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. chopped pecans or almonds Place 1/2 of broken cake in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Melt chocolate chips, add a beaten egg, one at a time, to chocolate chips. Stir in whipped cream. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour over broken cake pieces in cake pan. Make a second layer the same way. Chill 12-24 hours. |
