CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
3 lg. oranges, peeled & cut into sm. pieces
4 c. cranberries, washed
2 c. sugar
2 c. chopped apples
2/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries pop. Chill and serve. Great for the holidays.
