CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
4 c. (1 lb.) cranberries
1 c. seedless raisins
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. water
1 med. onion (1/2 c.)
1 med. apple, pared, cored & chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery

Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, clove and water in a large saucepan. Cook 15 minutes until berries pop and mixture thickens. Stir in onion, apple and celery. Simmer 15 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate. Makes 4 cups.
