CURRIED GOAT 
1/4 lb. mutton
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Curry powder
Onion

1. Wash meat, remove any fat.

2. Add seasonings. Sprinkle pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and curry powder.

3. Add onions, diced.

4. Put aside for about 3 to 4 hours to allow seasonings to soak in.

5. Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve with white rice.
