SYLVIA'S CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. size sour cream
1 c. sugar
5 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1 graham cracker crust with a little sugar and cinnamon

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Grease 9 inch spring form pan. Put graham cracker crust in pan. Beat yellows of eggs until creamy; add sugar, beat well. Add cream cheese (softened to room temperature), beat well. Add sour cream, beat well. Add the flour and vanilla and mix. Beat whites of eggs until firm but not dry. Fold into mixture. Put into pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 70 minutes. Shut oven off and leave cake in oven for another 60 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool and then refrigerate.
