COCOA MOCHA CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot coffee

Mix first 5 ingredients. Blend in next 5 ingredients. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Apply frosting immediately as cake comes from oven.

COCOA MOCHA CAKE FROSTING:

1 lb box 10X sugar
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk or coffee
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. nuts

Blend evenly and by hand add 1 cup marshmallows and 1 cup nuts. Drop in spots on cake as soon as it is removed from oven, then spread over cake. Serves approximately 15.
