WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour

Bring to boil and cool.

9 tbsp. granulated sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl cream dry ingredients and vanilla well. Fold into boiled mixture, set beater on high speed, beat until thick and creamy.
