WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and milk. Cook to a custard and cool. Blend sugar, butter and shortening. Mix well. Add vanilla and custard mixture. Beat about 5 minutes. Frost cake.
