SPAGHETTI SAUCE FOR OUR DINNERS 
6 cans tomato puree (9 oz.)
6 c. water
2 cans tomato paste (15 oz.)
2 c. water
1 box oregano
1/2 box basil
20 tbsp. salt
10 tsp. pepper
12 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. sugar
Onion to taste
Celery to taste

Simmer the above.

MEATBALLS:

10 lbs. hamburger
4 c. onion
8 cloves garlic
1/2 c. parsley flakes
2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. dried crumbs (4 c.)
10 eggs
3 tbsp. salt
3 tsp. pepper

Roll in flour, brown. Line pan with foil and bake at 375 degrees. Turn when brown.
