SPAGHETTI DINNER 
1 qt. chopped onion
1 qt. chopped green pepper
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 c. salad oil
6 lbs. hamburger
2 (No. 10) cans tomato sauce
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
6 lbs. spaghetti

In a large kettle, saute onions, green pepper and garlic in oil. Push to one side; add beef. Cook until beef loses red color. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Rinse. Toss cooked spaghetti with meat sauce. Serves 50.
