GUS' MOTHER'S PORCUPINE
MEATBALLS
 
1 1/2 lbs. ground steak
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. washed rice
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
Pepper to taste

Form into balls, put into a buttered dish. Pour 1 can tomato soup with 1 cup water over meatballs. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
