MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground steak
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. fine chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
Cooked noodles - 1 pkg. egg noodles
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix beef, crumbs, onion, egg, seasoning and shape into balls. Brown in skillet. Drain. Mix soup, cream, and water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles. Make meatballs smaller, eliminate noodles - makes a good hot appetizer.
