MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg

Mix and shape into small meatballs. Brown in small amount of butter; drain off grease.

Add:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Cover and simmer for 15 to 25 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
