HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ham, finely ground
1 1/2 lbs. ground sausage
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. ground mustard

Combine first five ingredients and roll into bite-size balls. Place in foil-lined pan. Combine remaining four ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, turning meatballs every 1/2 hour. Good as main dish served over rice.
