HAM `N SAUCE BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ham
1 1/2 lb. sausage
2 c. crackers, crushed
2 beaten eggs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Mix meat ingredients together and form into balls. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees, covered with foil (dull side out) 1 hour and then uncovered 1 hour. If balls are made small they make great snack items for parties. They hold up well in a crock pot.
