BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 lb. broccoli tips
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans milk
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Blanch broccoli tips. Mix rest of ingredients together in big soup pot except the cheese. Simmer and stir often, 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on soup in bowls when served. Can substitute 1 can Cheddar cheese soup for cream of mushroom soup.
