PORK AND BEEF BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 1/2 c. grated cabbage
1/2 c. grated onion
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish

Add all ingredients and slow cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 hours (or until cabbage is well cooked). Serve with cooked and shredded pork or beef on hamburger buns. Serves 10.
