PORK BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook onion in oil; add rest of ingredients and simmer. Pour over approximately 4 pounds of cooked pork.
