1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Several drops of green food coloring

Mix crushed pineapple and pudding mix. Stir in additional items. Add food coloring for desired shade of green. Serve in shamrock-shaped dish for St. Patrick's Day. At Christmas, serve in tree-shaped dish with red cherries for ornaments.
