SNOW WHITE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

In heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to rolling boil over medium heat, whisking constantly to prevent scorching continue for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add marshmallow cream and stir until smooth. Pour in vanilla and stir until blended. POUR into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Place on wire rack to cook. Cut into squares. Yields about 3 pounds.
