CARAMEL CORN 
6 qt. popcorn
1 c. butter
1 lb. box dark brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together butter, brown sugar, salt and syrup. Bring to boil. Cook 5 minutes on low heat. Stir in soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat.

Bake in large pan for 1 hour at 250°F. Stir every 15 minutes.
