PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

If you use plain flour, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda to the ingredients.

Cream butter on high speed with sugar, adding a little at a time. Then add eggs, one at a time, beating good after each one. Add persimmon pulp on medium speed along with flour and milk alternately. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Add flavoring. Grease and flour pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
