MRS. M.'S VEAL SCALLOPINI 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. veal cutlets (sliced thin)
1 egg
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Ragu or other spaghetti sauce
1/4-1/2 lb. Mozzarella, shredded

Dip veal cutlets into 1 egg, well beaten. Then dip cutlets into Italian bread crumbs. Brown in skillet in a couple teaspoons of oil. Remove from pan. Place cutlets in 9"x13" baking pan, cover with spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6 people.
