VEAL SCALLOPINI A LA SHERRY 
1 lb. veal (thin cut)
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1/4 c. sherry
2 tbsp. parsley
Mushrooms

Pound veal with mallet. Dredge pieces in flour and saute in butter, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder; add sherry, parsley, mushrooms, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or more. Serve with green noodles or macaroni. Serves 4.
