FUDGE CUTS 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. walnuts

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Remove top from hot water and blend in sugar. Then blend in egg. Add flour and salt. Beat well with a spoon. Add vanilla, pour into 8x8 inch pan and spread smooth. Sprinkle with nuts on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 inch squares.

I usually make a double batch.
