COCONUT CREME CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. coconut
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
Extra coconut, according to individual taste

Bake yellow cake according to directions (in 13"x9"x2" pan). Boil milk, sugar and 1/4 cup coconut until it boils. Poke holes in cake with meat fork and pour coconut mixture over it. Let cool and chill. Mix Cool Whip with coconut (as desired) and ice cake. Keep chilled.
