BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerator crescent rolls 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked & drained 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 3 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place triangles with elongated points toward center in greased 12 inch pizza pan. Press to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 additional minutes. Makes 6-8 servings. |
