STIR FRY CHICKEN 
2 lg. carrots
1/2 cauliflower
3 lg. skinned chicken breasts
10 mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch broccoli
1 zucchini
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. oil
Soy sauce

Cut chicken in cubes. Use a wok or skillet and heat oil until very hot. Add chicken and stir until done. Add cut up vegetables, stirring constantly. Add mustard, pepper and soy sauce to taste. Serve over rice.
