FIVE FRUIT PICKLE 
8 lg. tomatoes, peeled
6 peaches, peeled
2 green peppers
6 white onions, peeled
Bunch celery
6 pears, peeled
6 apples, peeled
3 to 4 cups white sugar
2 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. pickling spices tied in cheesecloth

Cut fruits and vegetables into 1 inch chunks. Mix in other ingredients. Heat to simmer, stirring often, cover and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Pack in hot, sterilized jars.
