ALMOND VEGETABLES 
1 c. thin sliced carrots
1 c. green beans, cut
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. thin sliced cauliflower
1/2 c. green onions, cut
1 c. water
2 tsp. chicken stock base
2 tsp. cornstarch
Pinch of garlic
Almonds

Cook carrots and beans in oil 2 minutes. Add cauliflower and onion, cook 2 minutes more. Add rest of ingredients and cook until barely tender, approximately 5 minutes.
