2 lb. bag frozen hash browns 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. melted butter 12 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder TOPPING: 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter TOPPING: Mix together corn flakes and melted butter. Mix ingredients together in a buttered 10x13 inch pan or 3-quart dish. Drizzle on topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes uncovered. Can freeze. |
