1 lb. stew meat
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
Potatoes, cut up
Carrots, cut up
Onions, cut up
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. cooking sherry or wine
1/2 c. water

Cover. Bake in oven 5 hours at 250 degrees.
