MANGO BREAD 
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped mangoes
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 jiggers rum
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cream sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Add fruit beating 1 minute. Fold in raisins, nuts and liquor. Line pan with wax paper, grease, pour batter in and let stand about 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees about 60 minutes.
