MANGO NUT BREAD | |
1/2 c. butter or shortening 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 2/3 c. mango, chopped 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. lime juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in flour, baking soda, mango and lime juice. Mix all together, add nuts. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Do not cut until the following day. |
