PEANNUTTY CRUNCH PIE | |
1/3 c. peanut butter 1/3 c. light corn syrup 2 c. Rice Krispies cereal 1 qt. ice cream, softened Mix peanut butter and syrup in a bowl. Add Rice Krispies and stir until cereal is coated. Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Chill until firm. Fill shell with softened ice cream, about 1 quart and put into freezer. At serving time, top with fruit or chocolate syrup and nuts. |
