SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 egg
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Speck pepper
2 slices soft bread

Mix thoroughly salmon, cheese, egg, milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Stiffen mixture with bread crumbs. Form into a loaf in baking dish; cover with bread crumbs. Sprinkle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until brown.
