CALIFORNIA SALAD 
1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing (below)
10 c. mixed greens

CALIFORNIA FRUIT TWIST:

1 grapefruit, cut in sections
2 oranges, cut in sections
1 avocado, chunks
1 c. jicama sticks
1 red onion sliced thin

Add together. Toss and serve.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. cider red or white wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Fresh ground pepper
3/4 c. olive or vegetable oil

Whisk.
