BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE 
1 sm. rectangle Angel Food cake
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
2 to 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Tear Angel Food cake into little bite-size pieces. Blend with remaining above ingredients. Mixture will be very stiff. Spread into 8 x 8 inch container. May have to use spatula to spread and press into pan. Pour 1 can blueberry pie filling over top. Chill several hours before serving.
