NO FAIL CHEESE SOUFFLE | |
6 eggs 8 slices white bread 2 c. milk 1/2 stick melted butter Salt & pepper 3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese Beat eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper in mixer. Cut bread in cubes. In 2 quart casserole, arrange a layer of bread, layer of cheese and make 3 layers. Pour milk mixture over all. Refrigerate at least 6 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
