BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
3 or 4 slices bread
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown sausage. Cube up bread and put in bottom of pan. Sprinkle sausage and cheese on top of it. Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over it. Let set overnight.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
