ALMA'S FAMOUS LEMON PIE 
4 eggs (use yellows only; save whites of eggs for topping)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand
6 large lemons
1 (9-inch) pie crust or 1 graham cracker crust

Mix and beat eggs together; add sugar, Eagle Brand and the juice of 6 lemons in a bowl. Pour mix into pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Topping:

whites of eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat whites of eggs with vanilla; beat until forms peaks. Add sugar. Top pie with this and brown in oven for 5 minutes on broil.
