RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. cut up pink rhubarb
1 tbsp. butter

Make pastry for 2 crust pie. Line 9" pie pan. Beat eggs slightly, add milk. Mix and stir in sugar, flour and nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust which has slits cut in it. Seal and flute. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until nicely browned.
